Is your journal ready to be indexed?
Choose the database, answer a few quick questions and find out in 2 minutes which requirements you meet, which ones you are missing and where to start.
The percentage shows the indicative level of compliance with the requirements analysed. It is not a probability of acceptance: the final decision rests with each database.
What the diagnostic analyses
Each database has its own requirements. The diagnostic only asks you the questions relevant to the one you choose and weights each criterion by its importance: ISSN, publication history and regularity, peer review, ethics, metadata in English, diversity, open access, DOIs, JATS XML, website and citations.
How the result is calculated
The percentage is the indicative level of compliance with the requirements analysed. We also flag the essential requirements you do not yet meet. It is not a probability of acceptance: each database has its own committee and evaluation process.
